These Website Terms of Use (“Website Terms”) govern access to and use of the website, landing pages, portals, demonstrations, forms, content, and other public-facing online properties operated by Tyden Solutions LLC (“Tyden,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the website, you agree to these Website Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the website.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering a contract. If you use the website for a company or other organization, you represent that you are authorized to act for that organization and bind it to these Website Terms where applicable.

1.2 Informational website; separate service agreement

Website content is provided for general information and marketing. Purchasing or using Tyden software, managed services, AI features, phone/SMS services, websites, automations, or other paid offerings may require acceptance of the SaaS Subscription Terms, an Order Form, a statement of work, or another written agreement. If those documents conflict with these Website Terms, the more specific service agreement controls for the paid service.

1.3 Permitted use

You may use the website only for lawful business or personal purposes consistent with these Website Terms. You may not interfere with website security, scrape or harvest data in violation of law or technical controls, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malware, impersonate another person, misuse forms or communications, or use the site to violate intellectual-property, privacy, consumer-protection, communications, or other applicable laws.

1.4 Intellectual property

The website and its original text, software, workflows, design, graphics, templates, trademarks, service marks, product names, documentation, training materials, and other Tyden-created materials are owned by Tyden or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy practices. Tyden does not control third-party systems and does not warrant their uninterrupted availability.

1.6 AI and automated features

Website chat, voice, demonstrations, or other features may use artificial intelligence or automation. Outputs can be incomplete, inaccurate, or context-dependent and should not be treated as legal, financial, tax, medical, safety, or other professional advice.
