Privacy Policy

Last Updated: September 26, 2026

This Privacy Policy describes how Tyden Solutions LLC collects, uses, discloses, retains, and protects personal information in connection with its websites, sales and support activities, customer accounts, software, AI features, communications, and related services. It also describes privacy rights that may apply depending on where a person lives and how Tyden interacts with that person.

3.1 Information Tyden may collect

  • Identifiers and contact data: name, company, title, email, phone number, mailing or service address, account identifiers.
  • Commercial and subscription data: purchased plan, add-ons, invoices, transaction status, subscription history, usage, support history, and service preferences.
  • Payment data: payment-token and limited billing information received from payment processors; Tyden should avoid storing full card numbers unless its processor architecture expressly requires it.
  • Customer relationship and CRM data: leads, customers, appointments, opportunities, forms, messages, call metadata, notes, tags, pipeline activity, and information a client configures or uploads.
  • Communications data: emails, texts, chats, support tickets, call recordings/transcripts where enabled and lawful, AI summaries, and messages sent through the platform.
  • Device and internet data: IP address, browser, device type, operating system, referring pages, access times, cookies, pixels, and similar technologies.
  • AI and automation data: prompts, knowledge-base content, transcripts, model input/output, classification results, summaries, and workflow events necessary to provide AI-enabled services.
  • Professional/business information supplied by prospects, users, employees, contractors, and client representatives.
  • Approximate location inferred from IP or supplied service address; precise location only if intentionally collected for a stated feature and with appropriate notice/consent.

3.2 Sources

Tyden may collect information directly from individuals and client businesses; automatically from websites and Services; from integrated platforms and service providers; from referral partners; from publicly available business sources; and from authorized client imports or connections. When Tyden processes personal information solely on a client’s behalf, the client generally determines the purpose and means of that processing and the DPA applies.

3.3 Purposes of use

  • Provide, configure, secure, support, bill for, and improve the Services.
  • Create and manage accounts, appointments, CRM records, workflows, websites, automations, AI agents, and communications.
  • Authenticate users; prevent fraud, abuse, spam, and security incidents.
  • Process payments, taxes, billing inquiries, refunds, and subscription changes.
  • Respond to sales, support, privacy, and legal requests.
  • Send transactional and service communications.
  • Send marketing where permitted by law and honor opt-outs.
  • Analyze performance, troubleshoot, measure product usage, improve customer experience, and develop features using data in a manner consistent with contract and law.
  • Comply with law, legal process, provider rules, and enforce agreements.
  • Protect Tyden, clients, users, and the public from harm or unlawful activity.

3.4 Disclosures and recipients

Tyden may disclose personal information to hosting/cloud vendors, CRM and infrastructure providers, telecommunications providers, AI/model providers, payment processors, email/SMS vendors, security and monitoring vendors, analytics providers, professional advisers, contractors, affiliates, and other subprocessors necessary to provide the Services. Tyden may also disclose information in a business transfer, with consent, at a client’s direction, to protect rights or safety, or when required by law.

3.5 Sale, sharing, targeted advertising and cookies

Tyden does not sell personal information for money as a default business model. Some state laws define “sale,” “sharing,” or targeted-advertising disclosures broadly and may treat certain advertising or analytics technologies as covered disclosures. If Tyden activates technologies that trigger such rights, Tyden will provide the legally required notice and opt-out mechanism, including recognition of qualifying universal opt-out preference signals where required.

3.6 U.S. state privacy rights

Depending on residency, applicable law, and whether statutory thresholds or exemptions apply, individuals may have rights to request access, confirmation, correction, deletion, portability, information about categories of data and recipients, and to opt out of sale, sharing, targeted advertising, or certain profiling. Some laws provide appeal rights or rights regarding sensitive data. Tyden will not unlawfully discriminate against a person for exercising an applicable privacy right.

Requests may be submitted through info@tydensolutions.com. Tyden may verify identity and authority before completing a request and may deny or limit a request when permitted by law. Where Tyden processes data on behalf of a business client, Tyden may direct the requester to that client and assist the client as required by contract or law.

3.7 California disclosures

If and to the extent the California Consumer Privacy Act applies to Tyden, California residents may have rights to know/access, delete, correct, and opt out of sale or sharing, and to limit certain uses of sensitive personal information where applicable. Tyden will provide any required “Notice at Collection,” methods for submitting requests, and opt-out preference signal support applicable to its practices. Tyden’s actual category disclosures should be verified against the data inventory before publication.

3.8 Retention

Tyden retains personal information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose collected, to provide contracted Services, maintain records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, comply with tax/accounting/legal obligations, maintain security logs, and support backups. Client Data retention after termination is governed by the Order and DPA. Retention periods should be documented internally by data category rather than using an indefinite “keep forever” policy.

3.9 Security

Tyden uses reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards appropriate to the nature of the information and Services. No system can guarantee absolute security. Users must protect credentials and promptly report suspected compromise. Security commitments to business customers are further described in the DPA.

3.10 Children

Tyden’s Services are intended for businesses and adults and are not directed to children under 13. Tyden does not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13 through its own public website. A client’s use of Tyden to process information involving minors must comply with applicable law and the client’s own obligations.

3.11 International access

Tyden is U.S.-based. If a client chooses to use the Services for individuals outside the United States, the parties should execute appropriate international data-transfer and jurisdiction-specific terms before such use where required.

3.12 Changes and contact

Tyden may update this Privacy Policy as practices or laws change. Material changes will be communicated as required by law. Privacy inquiries: Tyden Solutions LLC, 120 Eastland Dr., Paris, KY 4361, dariand.turner@gmail.com.
